School Council
Our School Councils are a great opportunity for our pupils to become more involved in the way that our school is run. We have an infant and junior School Council and they consist of representatives from each class or year, who have been voted in by other pupils. It is the responsibility of each Councillor to ensure that they express both their own views and the views of all the other pupils they represent.
Our School Council provides opportunities for pupils to communicate their feelings to teachers and staff as well as influence decisions that are made.

Learning Walk in Foundation Phase
The Year 2 councillors completed a learning walk with one of our parent governors and Deputy Head. They spoke to pupils and staff and asked them to reflect on their learning with a particular focus on feedback, Learning Powers and challenge. All pupils across foundation phase spoke with confidence and demonstrated a love for learning!
